Work With Me
My sessions are open and creative. We can focus on talking, art, movement, or boxing — whatever feels right that day.
Healing looks different for everyone, and honestly, it looks different for the same person on different days. There’s no one-size-fits-all here. I’m flexible, and we figure it out together as we go.
Techniques matter, but what matters most is what actually helps you feel connected to yourself again.
Who I Work With
Adults
I work with people who are looking to get back in touch with themselves. Sometimes life gets so loud, or we spend so much time adapting to what everyone else needs, that we lose track of our own voice. You might not even realize it’s happening until you suddenly feel exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, or just disconnected from your own life — like you’re going through the motions while some part of you is quietly asking for something more real.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. That’s often exactly where we start.
I’m trained in boxing therapy and sometimes bring that into session when movement feels like the right way in — not as punishment or performance, but as a way to feel grounded, release what you’re holding, and come back to your body. No experience needed.
Kids & Teens
Kids and teens carry big feelings, but they don’t always have the words for them. When a child is overwhelmed, anxious, or holding onto pain, it usually doesn’t look like wanting to sit on a couch and talk.
That’s where art, play, and movement come in. I’m trained in boxing therapy and use creative arts and somatic work to give kids a safe, physical way to release what they’re holding — a space where they don’t have to perform, be “good,” or even have the right words to be understood and supported.
I work with all kinds of people — all genders, all backgrounds, adults and young people. If Jewish spirituality is part of your life, it’s welcome here. If it isn’t, that’s welcome too. If anything about me or my approach resonates with you, reach out — I’d love to chat and see if it feels right.
